              The mission of the Nebraska USSSA is to become the most visibly recognized, technologically advanced and professional sports organization in the world.  We will achieve this success with an uncompromising commitment to provide positive opportunities for players of all abilities in developing their overall game and increasing self-confidence. This will be achieved by creating an environment where athletes can learn, grow, improve individual skills, develop character and compete against the best at the state, region and national levels, while balancing the responsibilities of family, school and community.  Nebraska USSSA will promote strong partnerships with everyone involved in the USSSA families, and also acknowledge that our Directors and Officials serve as Ambassadors of USSSA.  We are committed to promoting an environment where recognition, innovation, and communication are encouraged and rewarded.
