Inclement Weather Refund Policy:

The tournament committee reserves the right to change any game time, playing fileds or dates or make any changes to conduct the tournament.The Tournament Directors, hosts, & sponsors assume that all players are competing at their own risk and will not be liable for any accidents or injuries. Entry into the tournament constitutes agreement to these conditions.

REFUND POLICY

2 games-----$50 refunded
1 games-----Half of the entry will be refunded.
No games----Entry Fee will be refunded minus $50 for administration cost.

All refunds will be issued within 2 weeks. The decision to cancel, delay, or postpone the tournamentdue to Inclement Weather will be up to both the Tournament Director and the UIC.
